My solution is as follows: I purchased SIRIUS LED 7440 Bulbs for all four corners as signal bulbs from Amazon. My issue is I have running lights, brake lights, and my four ways are flashing normally. But my turn signals are doing the hyper flash.

Everything is LED. The turn signals appear to be installed correctly (that is with load resistors and everything) and they flash properly. However, when the headlights are on, both left and right hyper flashes. And here is the best part - even with headlights on they don't hyper flash 100% of the time.
