Agree there is a difference between reblued and a "True" restored weapon--whole different breed of gunsmith's IMO. A reblued Lugar as far as I am concern is a 50%-60% valued weapon as a buyer and moves the weapon from the collectors field to the shooters field--huge difference in my collecting world.
