Based on the mod, the zip file should have either a mods folder, a plugins folder, or both. drag the contents out of either and put them in the corresponding folder. Mods off of mod.io will go into another folder.
Then go to quest 2 in files, go to android, search for stresslevelzerobonelab or something like that, then move the extracted folder to the mods folder. If there is no mods folder, add one and move the extracted files there. From there restart your game and done.
