This has already been cerakoted and laser engraved. Would like to hear some opinions on what other lower receivers you guys would choose and why. I'm thinking about the POF 415 lower as an option.

Have the legit 416 upper. Buying an MR556 for the lower, but then I got to thinking; is the MR upper the same as the 416? If I'm going to tanodize them, I'd rather tanodize the MR upper, if it's all the same. Both would get reengraved, as well. I'm not talking about the entire URG. The thing to keep in mind with any AR15/M16 lower to which you attach an HK416 upper is that you MUST have a hammer that has the proper profile to hit the firing pin safety. The M16 hammer should already be able to do this. Some AR15 hammers have a profile which is not "tall" enough to do this. Sparkplugs are irrelevant. Plenty of HK's and clones.

Accuracy, POI shift (tested lowest), durability (100% Inconel 718 baffles), and sound (36 dB) cannot be matched by any other model. The AAC cans do 36 dB reduction on the 416.
