A sitution would normally look like this. Plug in, PC it kicks on but then kicks off. I hold the power button down and get it to stay off. I try starting it but it boots to an orange blinking light. I leave it off for like 5 min. I then press the the power button and this time the power button goes blue for a little bit but it does not turn on.

Everything, including the AIO, work as they're supposed to with USB. However, the wi-fi indicator light on the front of the AIO constantly blinks orange when it's in "on" mode. Several times I tried turning off the power to the AIO and disconnecting the cables, and rebooting the system, and that didn't make the blinking go away.
