Remove drive belt tensioner (14mm screw on lower, idler pulley; 12mm screw at very bottom). This was easier than removing AC compressor as said in manual. Disconnect plugs and wires to alternator, push out of the way. One 10mm screw on Alt bracket. 3 screws on Alt - 2 top ones are 12mm, bottom is 14mm.

He said the fuse failed whenever they replaced it & they replaced it twice. I've looked at several diagrams & checked the 120 amp Battery fuse, but it's fine. I would recommend that they use an OEM tensioner and/or tensioner bolt and use the proper technique when putting the belt back on.
